Application Process: Please fill out the form below truthfully and as thoroughly as possible and hit submit when completed. You will get a confirmation screen that the application went through. Once we receive your application please allow 3-5 business days for us to review your application and follow up with you via e-mail to confirm approval. Next, we will schedule a time to chat over the phone to go over any questions. Then we will e-mail out the reservation list form and once it is paid, we will confirm we received all the required documents and add you to our waitlist.
We do puppy picks when the puppies are 7 weeks old and have had a current vet exam. This is scheduled in advance on a weekend in order of pick number. If you cannot arrange to drive here to pick in person, we can schedule a FaceTime call or send you videos of the puppies. Pick spot will not be guaranteed until a non-refundable reservation fee is of $500 plus a 1.9% Venmo fee is paid. This is applied to the final purchase price.
